ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL SAFETY
This course is designed to educate participants on electrical and mechanical hazards that can be found in any work location. This course will highlight the basic rules of electrical safety, the appropriate clothing and PPE to wear when working around electrical or mechanical areas, the reason why circuits should be grounded and how to test a circuit for proper grounding and how ground-fault circuit interrupter works. Explain how to use test equipment and instruments safely. The course will also develop an understanding of insulated tools and other protective equipment. How to identify alerting techniques and learning the required safety procedures working with overhead lines.
DROPPED OBJECTS PREVENTION (DROPS) TRAINING
One of the top 10 causes of fatality and serious injury in the construction, oil and gas industry has been due to dropped objects. This course is intended to raise awareness of potential dropped objects and explore methods for the control and prevention. After completing the course, participants will be able to learn various methods on how to eliminate injury to people and damage sustained to equipment due to falling objects. This course will dene the potential dropped objects. The course will also identify a potential dropped object and the common causes, review methods for the control and prevention of potential dropped objects. In addition this course will cover the roles and responsibilities in respect of potential dropped objects
DERRICK MAN – IADC
A Derrickman position has far more responsibilities and a more complex role than a Floorhand or a Roustabout. Derrickmen occasionally act as a supervisor to the crew or an assistant to the assistant driller. The Derrickman position requires a comprehensive knowledge of the entire Mud System from make-up and mixing of the mud, the chemicals and mud additives used, to the maintenance of the solids control system, Mud pit transfer lines, and to the Mud Pumps. The work also includes testing of the mud qualities and keeping the mud within the specifications required by both the Mud engineer in charge and the Driller or Assistant driller. Derrickmen have to be proficient in the operations of the Monkey Board and Stabbing Board during Tripping and Casing operations. Derrickmen is responsible for the maintenance and inspection of the Crown Block, Traveling Block, Swivel and Top Drive. When working on drilling operations, the Derrickman has to fully understand the process of well control and his role and duties during a well control incident or Hazardous mud chemical issues.

Just one work-related motor vehicle collision with injuries could affect the organization's productivity and finances, but more importantly, the health and future of the employee or employees in the vehicle.

CRANE OPERATOR
Crane accidents cause injuries to operators, workers on the job site and even people nearby. The majority of crane accidents are caused by human error which may result in safety risks and uncontrollable downtime. Accidents can be minimized or prevented through proper training and crane usage. Crane Operator Training is designed for crane operators and the supervisory personnel responsible for the daily operation and safe performance of cranes. The training gives participants the working knowledge to assist in reducing operator errors that may lead to unnecessary downtime. Crane operator training can provide additional knowledge to help avoid possible serious injury to personnel caused by improper crane operation. Participants will learn local requirements for crane operation.Depending on the client requirements, Crane operator training can be made for general or specific categories such as for offshore crane, Mobile Crane, Tower Crane and Overhead Crane.
