WELL HEAD ASSEMBLY | In oil and gas production, every well must have a means of controlling the flow of hydrocarbons to their respective collection facility. The accepted equipment used during this process is called the Christmas tree. This course will provide the participants with the knowledge necessary to understand and enhance their operational aptitude of the surface wellhead system and associated equipment. This course will also cover the components of the Christmas tree, which consist of an arrangement of valves and piping, that allows isolation and flow control of the well. An understanding of the wellhead casing and tubing will also be provided to explain the connection of the Christmas tree. Attendees on NEFT Energies Training Institute Well Head Assembly Training will be develop a better understanding about wellhead operating procedures, well handovers & working under safe conditions.
ISO 9001:2015 LEAD AUDITOR | The aim of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to perform first, second and third-party audits of quality management systems against ISO 9001:2015, in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021, as applicable.
ISO 9001:2015 | The aim of this course is to familiarize with the fundamental topics of Quality Management Systems and the ISO 9000 series of Standards. On successful completion, the participants should have a reasonable understanding of QMS and ISO 9001 requirements.
FLOW LINE SAFETY RESTRAINT SYSTEM (FSR) | Flowlines systems are used in oil & gas sector, and general industries, most of the time they can be under pressure, failure to not properly handle pressure flowline failures could lead to a catastrophic disaster. In order to avoid these disasters Flowline system restraints are used to minimize the hazards. This course is designed to provide a basic understanding about Flowline Safe Restraint System which includes components, maintenance and inspection procedures. The course will enable candidates to perform the installation procedures as per manufacturer recommendations and standards. The course incorporates theory discussions and practical exercises.
RIGGING, LIFTING & SLINGING | Rigging, Lifting & Slinging operations on Oil and gas, Construction and Engineering sites are carried out worldwide on a daily basis. Unfortunately the results when things go wrong can be both dangerous and catastrophic to lives and equipment. This course will enhance the skills for personnel whom perform Rigging, Lifting & Slinging activities using Lifting Equipment and Lifting Accessories to the recognized industry standards, including the current Rigging/Moving Loads Regulations and legislation. This course will promote the best industry practice in Rigging, Slinging & Lifting methodology and Inspection of Equipment and work to the requirements of Safe use of Lifting Equipment. Depending on the client requirements Neft Energies offer a wide variety of Rigging, Lifting & Slinging courses to suit all levels of experience and knowledge such as Basic Rigging & Lifting, Banksman-Slinger Training Course, Rigger 3, Rigger 2, and Rigger 1 advance level.
IADC – WELL SHARP LIVE DRILLING DRILLER-SUPERVISORY LEVEL | The aim of this course is to let trainees be more acquainted and aware about the latest practices of well control. Also, this course will reinforce and improve the candidate?s existing knowledge and appreciation of the various stages of well control. Finally this course will assure individuals have the competence to fulfill their well control responsibilities in the oil and gas industry. The IADC WellSharp Driller/Supervisor Level course is essential training for those who are working in wellsite and for office based personnel that are primarily involved in the operational decision making process and/or well design.
BANKSMAN – SLINGER | Banksman-Slinger operations on Oil and Gas, Construction and Engineering sites are carried out worldwide on a daily basis. Unfortunately the results when things go wrong can be both dangerous and catastrophic to lives and equipment. This course will enhance the skills for personnel who perform rigging, lifting & slinging activities using lifting equipment and lifting accessories to the recognized industry standards, including the current rigging/moving loads regulations and legislation. This course will promote the best industry practice in rigging, slinging & lifting methodology and inspection of equipment and work to the requirements of Safe use of lifting equipment.
OPITO BANKSMAN & SLINGER Stages 1 &2 | The aims and objectives of Stage 1 Initial Training Programme are to provide personnel, who have little or no experience of the Banksman and Slinger role, with the basic knowledge of activities associated with the combined roles, and the safety and regulatory requirements of those activities. The Initial Training Programme allows the delegate to demonstrate basic Banksman and Slinger practical skills following instruction and demonstration by the training staff. This Training Programme aims to prepare the delegates for the next stage of the progression path to becoming a competent banksman and slinger i.e. Stage 2: supervised workplace experience.
RIGGER 1, 2, 3 | This course will enhance the skills for personnel whom perform Rigging, Lifting & Slinging activities using Lifting Equipment and Lifting Accessories to the recognized industry standards, including the current Rigging/Moving Loads Regulations and legislation. This course will promote the best industry practice in Rigging, Slinging & Lifting methodology and Inspection of Equipment and work to the requirements of Safe use of Lifting Equipment. STUCK PIPE | The purpose of this course is to provide well engineers, drilling supervisors and drilling personnel with the knowledge and understanding of the causes of stuck pipe and the means to reduce or eliminate stuck pipe as a significant cause of lost time incidents and related costs. Stuck pipe is the primary cause of non-productive time and should not be considered as an inevitable drilling hazard. This short course develops an understanding of how stuck pipe prevention can be managed through the well design and construction process. |
