Learning Records and FutureX/NELC Integration


For licensed or regulated online training programs, NEFT Training may transmit limited learning activity records to authorized educational or regulatory platforms, including FutureX and the National eLearning Center systems, where applicable.


These learning records may be transmitted using the xAPI standard and may include course registration, course start, video or content activity, lesson completion, assessment attempts, ratings or feedback, course completion, attendance or participation records, and certificate issuance.


This data is shared only for legitimate educational, regulatory, licensing, accreditation, reporting, quality assurance, or certificate verification purposes.


Cookies and Similar Technologies


The website and eLearning platform may use cookies or similar technologies to support login sessions, remember user preferences, improve platform functionality, analyze usage, enhance security, improve performance, and support service improvement.

NEFT Training does not sell users’ personal data.

  • Authorized regulatory, licensing, or educational authorities, including FutureX or the National eLearning Center where applicable.

  • Authorized internal staff, instructors, administrators, or support teams, according to their roles and responsibilities.

Data Storage and Retention


NEFT Training retains personal and educational data only for as long as necessary to provide training services, maintain learning records, issue and verify certificates, provide support, comply with regulatory or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain audit or administrative records.


Some records, including course completion records, attendance or participation records, assessment results, issued certificates, certificate verification data, transaction references, and regulatory learning records, may be retained where necessary for compliance, verification, reprinting, audit, reporting, or legitimate administrative purposes.


When data is no longer required, it may be securely deleted, anonymized, archived, or disposed of in accordance with applicable requirements.


Data Security


NEFT Training applies administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal and educational data against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.   • Submit or confirm the account deletion request.

After the deletion request is confirmed, the account and associated personal data will be removed from active systems where applicable. Certain records, such as issued certificates, course completion records, attendance or participation records, assessment results, certificate verification data, transaction references, and regulatory learning records, may be retained where necessary for verification, compliance, reprinting, audit, reporting, or legitimate administrative purposes.
