ASSISTANT DRILLER PROGRAM (IADC Accredited)
The Rig Assistant Driller is responsible for assisting the driller on all his tasks and duties which can include and not limited to, drilling function, daily driller inspection, and daily supervision of rig activities. Assistant Driller will play a key role in rig start-ups operations on a new drilling site, assist in daily drilling, workover, and well control operations. This course will educate the participants on how to perform regular inspection on drilling systems and drilling equipment. They will learn how to operate on both a Joy stick cyber chair and a manual rig break type. The course will also focus on assembling bottom hole assembly, rig math, general and 3rd party service operations.
SERVICE RIG ORIENTATION PROGRAM FOR ENGINEERS (S -ROPE)
Service Rig Orientation Program for Engineers (S-ROPE) is a 15 Day (5 days a week) accelerated fast track program designed to educate and brief participants about Drilling & Workover Operations, in addition to, understanding the basic safety requirements needed to work on a well site. The program has been tailored specifically for newly hired operation Engineers who will be working and career progressing in a supervisory or managerial track on a rig operation.
Essential Leadership Skills for Technical Professionals
In the oil and gas industry, skillful and competent leadership is extremely important for safety, productivity, and asset management. The 21st century brings new emphasis on leaders, new communication technologies, increased focus on safety, information overload, workforce dynamics, asset integrity, and many other concerns which challenge even the most procient leader/manager. How do we blend these new challenges with tried and true wisdom of success? There are skills to learn that will help you be more effective, with less stress. In this seminar/workshop you will explore your internal drivers and learn how to combine them with new skills for greater effectiveness. This seminar/workshop will include self assessment, discussion, lecture, readings, role-playing, games, video examples, and creation of participant action plans. This course will help you unleash natural motivation in your team. Your stress level can be lowered by working more eciently and effectively by tapping the emotional intelligence of your team and co-workers.
GAS PRESSURE / PNEUMATIC / BUBBLE TEST TRAININGS
Gas pressure / pneumatic test / bubble test is used to detect through leaks using one of the four major LT techniques such as Bubble, Pressure Change. Bubble Leak Testing relies on the visual detection of a gas (usually air) leaking from a pressurized system; Pressure Change Leak Testing can be performed on closed systems only detection of a leak is done by either pressurizing the system or pulling a vacuum then monitoring the pressure
ISO 9001:2015 LEAD AUDITOR
The aim of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to perform first, second and third-party audits of quality management systems against ISO 9001:2015, in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021, as applicable.
WELL HEAD ASSEMBLY
In oil and gas production, every well must have a means of controlling the flow of hydrocarbons to their respective collection facility. The accepted equipment used during this process is called the Christmas tree. This course will provide the participants with the knowledge necessary to understand and enhance their operational aptitude of the surface wellhead system and associated equipment. This course will also cover the components of the Christmas tree, which consist of an arrangement of valves and piping, that allows isolation and flow control of the well. An understanding of the wellhead casing and tubing will also be provided to explain the connection of the Christmas tree. Attendees on NEFT Energies Training Institute Well Head Assembly Training will be develop a better understanding about wellhead operating procedures, well handovers & working under safe conditions.
DRILLING FOR NON-DRILLERS
The course is designed to provide participants with basic knowledge of drilling experience, a broad overview and complete understanding of the process involved in the Drilling of oil & gas wells. The course will discuss the basic concepts of drilling a well, general overview of well construction, and how it fits into the exploration and production process and its interaction. Participants will also learn about various types of rigs and the risks and safety involved in these operations. Participants will also obtain an understanding of well design, the purpose of running casings and the importance of fluids in drilling. By completing the course participants will understand the phases, operations and terminology used in drilling of oil & gas wells.

IADC – WELLSHARP WELL SERVICING WIRELINE
This course aims to provide an overview of wireline equipment and its operation. This course is designed for the participants to gain a deep understanding of wireline operations. Wireline is particularly important during completion and production.Field operators can run anything from a basic downhole directional survey to the most delicate gamma ray formation log on wireline. They can fire perforating charges at precisely determined downhole locations, back off a string of stuck pipe, retrieve a wrench, or manipulate complex subsurface well pressure and flow controls.Wireline operations can be done inside the tubing without killing the well, by means of a lubricator connected to the wellhead. Operations can be carried out under pressure and even without stopping production. Further, wireline operations are performed quickly due to the use of lightweight, highly mobile equipment and run by two or three specialized operators. As a result, wireline operations can be readily implemented at relatively low cost.
