Welcome to NEFT Training, operated by NEFT Energies Training Centre. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the NEFT Training website, eLearning platform, mobile application, online courses, assessments, certificates, and related digital learning services.By accessing or using NEFT Training services, whether as a registered or unregistered user, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Your use of the platform is also subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Use of the Platform


NEFT Training provides digital learning services for educational, professional development, training, assessment, and certificate-related purposes. Users agree to use the platform only for lawful and authorized purposes. Users must not use the platform in a way that violates applicable laws, harms the platform, affects other users, or interferes with the proper operation of NEFT Training services.


Account Registration and Responsibility


Some services may require account registration. Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating or updating their accounts. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out under their accounts. Account sharing, impersonation, or unauthorized use of another person’s account is not permitted.


Restrictions on Use

  5. Share accounts, passwords, quiz answers, assessment content, or restricted learning materials.

  6. Impersonate another person or submit false or misleading information.

  7. Use the platform to publish offensive, unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, inappropriate, or unauthorized content.

  8. Use automated tools, scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized data collection methods.

  9. Perform any action that may place an unreasonable load on the platform infrastructure.


Courses, Attendance, and Participation


Users are responsible for following course instructions, participation requirements, activity completion rules, assessment instructions, and certificate eligibility requirements. For online or self-paced courses, attendance and participation may be monitored through login records, course access, content viewing, progress tracking, quiz attempts, completion records, and other learning activity data. Technical interruptions, access issues, or exceptional circumstances should be reported through official support channels within a reasonable time so they can be reviewed where applicable.


Learner Support and Communication


Official communication with NEFT Training may take place through the website, platform messages, support forms, email, or other approved communication channels published on the platform. Users are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally with instructors, administrators, support teams, and other learners. NEFT Training may review, restrict, or remove inappropriate communications where necessary. NEFT Training aims to respond to support requests within a reasonable timeframe based on the nature and priority of the request.


Digital Security Responsibilities


NEFT Training applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the platform and user data. Users also have responsibilities to maintain a secure eLearning environment. Users must keep their passwords confidential, avoid sharing account access, use secure devices and networks where possible, and report suspected unauthorized access or security incidents through official support channels.


Intellectual Property Rights


All content available through NEFT Training, including text, videos, course materials, files, quizzes, assessments, certificates, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, software, and platform content, is owned by or licensed to NEFT Energies Training Centre unless otherwise stated.

Users may access and use platform content for personal, educational, and non-commercial learning purposes only. Users may not copy, modify, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, license, upload, record, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written permission.


Assessments and Certificates


Assessment results, course completion, and certificate issuance are subject to the applicable course requirements, assessment rules, completion criteria, and platform records.NEFT Training may withhold, cancel, correct, suspend, or revoke certificates or results where misuse, cheating, impersonation, incorrect data, technical error, or violation of platform policies is identified.


Payments and Refunds


Some courses or services may require payment. Prices, payment methods, taxes, discounts, and access periods may vary according to the service offered.Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the refund terms published for the relevant course or service, applicable payment provider rules, and any legal or regulatory requirements.

NEFT Training is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices, or services of external websites.Accessing external links is at the user’s own responsibility and may be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third party.
